Position: Relocation Consultant
Location: Wrocław, Poland
We are looking for an individual whose primary role will be to support clients in relocation and immigration processes for their foreign employees.
The support involves direct contact with international companies relocating their employees to Poland and with the employees themselves. Assistance will be provided in areas such as legalizing employment and residence, as well as other administrative tasks that may be helpful for the relocated foreigner. This includes helping find rental accommodations, opening bank accounts, finding schools for children, etc. The support is provided in cooperation with the HR departments of the companies and global relocation partners.
Responsibilities: Providing relocation services according to team instructions. This includes personal, telephone, and email communication with the client and their employer, as well as with government offices.
Qualifications
- A person who enjoys working with clients, is organized, eager to learn and take initiative, and can handle stressful situations well.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written (minimum B2 level), as it is the language of daily communication with clients and foreign partners.
- Previous experience in the field of relocation is not required – we offer on-the-job training.
- A driver’s license and access to a car.
- Ability to start work immediately.

Slovakia

Position: Immigration Assistant
Location: Bratislava, Slovakia
We are looking to hire support for our immigration team, someone ith potential for future career growth. Opportunity to start as an assistant and grow.
We would like to hire the right person to do the job now as well as in the future / someone who will become permanent part of our team.
We are ready to discuss certain flexibility – e.g. shorter working hours (4-6). It is though preferred that this person is available in the mornings.
Your main tasks will include:
- Support for the team of Immigration Consultants, participation in meetings with our international clients at the Foreign Police or other state institutions
- Processing documentation – scanning based on the consultant’s requests
- Fast and effective customer service
- Support for the consultant in managing immigration projects (including cooperation with foreigners, HR departments, and global partners of international companies, if needed)
- Controlling received information and documents (postal or phoe communication, including physical delivery of documents from the client)
- Organizing and updating internal databases and client files
- Cooperation with other team members
We need:
Customer oriented person willing to learn and take initiative. We would like to hire a new colleague who will fit well into our small team
Written and spoken knowledge of English is required as it is used in daily communication with customers and colleagues
Due to the nature of the assistance provided it is essential that this person is detailed oriented and able to deal with authorities
Previous experience in immigration area is not required – training will be provided
