Karolina Filipiak, who has been an invaluable member of Pro Relocation team for 14 years, has accepted the position of Quality, Care and Relations Manager in Poland. She will focus on service delivery to global mobility clients, HR teams and individuals.
As Quality, Care and Relations Manager, Karolina will focus on nurturing client relationships, addressing any concerns promptly, and ensuring that our services meet and exceed customer expectations. She will also provide training and individual consultations to assist our immigration and relocation consultants in their everyday service delivery.
