What type of Visa do you require?

Slovakia and Poland are part of the Schengen area (Schengen) which is a group of European countries that have abolished passport and immigration controls at their common borders. It functions as a single country for international travel purposes, with a common visa policy (different work and residency permit policies apply in Schengen area countries)
NON EU/EEA citizens can stay in Schengen for maximum of 90 days within any 180 day period. It is the responsibility of every foreigner to ensure that these 90 days are not exceeded and  stay even during this period is legal (e.g. valid visa, reported stay) Please note that the 90 days are for general business travel and tourism.  Work and stay without valid permits can result to penalty or expulsion from country.
After having granted Residence Permit travel within other countries of Schengen area for  90 days within any 180 day period period is possible.
