Pro Relocation s.r.o. (ProRelo), a leading relocation and immigration services provider in Slovakia, is thrilled to announce its relocation to a new office within Bratislava.
ProRelo’s move to the new location in April 2024 will also mark a significant milestone, as the company celebrates its 20th year in the business.
Situated in Bratislava’s Nivy area, Svatoplukova Street 31 office is owned by the UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia (UniCredit Bank). Following a thorough refurbishment last year, the building now boasts modern standards in design, efficiency, and ecological solutions. Additionally, the building features a dedicated parking lot, providing added convenience for employees and visitors alike.
Pro Relo was represented by CBRE Slovakia in the transaction, with UniCredit Bank serving as the landlord of the building. Architects from AT26 studio designed the new office visual.
